Austria Wanderlust http://AustriaWanderlust.com  is a travel website and blog owned and operated by Wanderlustria eU (a registered business in Austria)

This agreement supersedes all previous oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties. It applies to all consultations organized by Wanderlustria eU and sold on the Austria Wanderlust website.

Wanderlustria and AustriaWanderlust offers Trip planning services (Services) trading as Wanderlustria eU (FN 629495d).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Wanderlustria”, “AustriaWanderlust”, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Wanderlustria eU and our website www.AustriaWanderlust.com.  “You” and “Your” refer to you, the client, visitor,  user or person using our website or Services.

By booking a trip planning service with us, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions (Terms), which constitute the agreement between you and us).

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these Terms regularly prior to using our Services to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

We provide an Austria Travel Planning service that offers advice and recommendations for individualised travel itineraries in Austria including accommodation, transportation options, arrival information, tours and activities, restaurants.

We are not travel agents and do not make bookings on behalf of clients. Clients must book their own travel arrangements, which may or may not be based on our recommendations. The recommendations provided by the Service are to third party travel vendors. Wanderlustria eU does not provide, own, or control the Travel Products offered as part of your Trip Planning Recommendations. We endeavour to provide up-to-date and correct information, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wanderlustria eU, its affiliates, employees, and contributors shall not be liable to you for any loss of income from accuracy, reliability, suitability, availability, cancellation costs arising from your reservations or damages you may incur through your use of the third-party travel vendor.

PAYMENTS

1. A 50€ non-refundable deposit is required when booking the Service. Final payments must be made as outlined in the Service Descriptions 
2. Payments are made using Stripe. When making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe terms and conditions which are available on their website.
3. You acknowledge and agree that where a refund is requested is it minus the Stripe processing fees incurred by Wanderlustria eU.
4. You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Services Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Services Fee.
5. You agree and acknowledge that Wanderlustria eU can vary the Services Fee at any time.
6. All prices quoted are correct at the time of publication.

SERVICE DELIVERABLES

The deliverables and items not included in our Austria trip planning Services are outlined on the Wanderlustria website.

You agree and acknowledge that Wanderlustria eU can vary the Service Deliverables at any time. Please check the Service regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

COMPLAINTS

If any issues arise with your trip planning consultations, please notify us as soon as possible so we can find a mutually satisfactory solution.

You agree to email all your complaints in writing to hello@Austriawanderlust.com along with any supporting documentation.

REFUND POLICY

Our Trip Planning Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the Trip Planning Service, please email hello@Austriawanderlust.com , and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, INTELLECUTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE

The Trip Planning Service contains material owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics.

You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular, you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products.

Wanderlustria expressly reserves all copyright and trademarks on all documents, information, and materials on our website, We reserve the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms. All content may not be reproduced in any form without express written consent owner, Tammy Ellis T/A Austria Wanderlust and Wanderlustria.

You may not transmit it or store it on any other website or other electronic retrieval system. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following: you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content.

You grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, communicate and publish all content you submit to Wanderlustria eU (including itineraries and trips). You warrant to us that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the European Union Consumer Law., Wanderlustria for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they be business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Wanderlustria eU expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access any information or content on our website or Services, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party.

If you breach this term then Wanderlustria will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Wanderlustria eU reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, Services or information in our sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderlustria eU absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. We give no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.

Whilst we endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website and in documents, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or Document or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

The use of the Services and our website is at your own risk. The information on our websites and the Services is provided to you “as is” and “as available” without warranty or condition of any kind. Wanderlustria eU nor its affiliates, employees, agents, or contributors make any express or implied representation or warranty about the Services or any products or Services.

It is your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Wanderlustria eU to bear any and all costs of servicing, repairs, or correction including: i) the accuracy, suitability or currency of any information on the Website, the Services, ii) failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure to correct defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or other harmful component, loss of data, communication line failure, unlawful third party conduct, or theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access to records; iii) costs incurred as a result of you using the Website, the Services or any of the products of Wanderlustria eU; and

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of European Union and Austria. If there is a dispute between you and www.AustriaWanderlust.com that results in litigation then the place of jurisdiction for a court dispute is Zell am See, Austria.
